Patricia Ann Howle of Cleburne County AL, born July 14, 1945, passed away on February 1, 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Patricia was born and raised in Golden Pond, Kentucky. She graduated High School in 1963 from Trigg County High School in Cadiz, Ky. Patricia and Ronald Howle made the Heflin, AL, area in Cleburne County their home in the mid-nineteen seventies. Prior to that, the couple traveled across the country for Mr. Howle’s work as a heavy equipment operator for land clearing construction.
Mrs. Howle was a member of Hepsabah Baptist Church in Cleburne County AL where she was a committed worker, teaching Vacation Bible School, Sunday school, and established the Hepsabah Baptist Church Library Ministry. Patricia had a passion and talent for art and created many paintings and drawings depicting her love for her childhood homes in the Land Between the Lakes-Golden Pond and Fenton, Ky communities.
She also created other drawings depicting the local history of Heflin, AL. She loved spending time with family and friends, attending family reunions in her home state of Kentucky and participating in local arts and crafts shows. Her deep-felt love for us, and her infectious sense of humor will be missed as we go day to day without her sparkling shine. She is forever in our hearts!
Mrs. Howle is preceded in death by both her parents James & Reba Allen of Calvert City, Ky.
She is survived by her loving husband Ronald Blake Howle, daughter Teresa Rooks (Randy), son Johnny Howle (Andrea), grandchildren Dawson Howle, Justin Rooks, Jenna Rooks Owen, great-grandchildren Jett Howle, Ella Owen, Bodie Owen, & Bryce Rooks, siblings Tammy Allen Holland of Calvert City Ky, & Jim Allen of Aurora Ky and also by many much loved nieces & nephews.
