Ms. Patricia A. Slaten, age 57, of Boaz died Friday, October 8, 2021, at Marshall Medical Center South.
A memorial service is not planned at this time.
Ms. Slaten was born in Alabama on August 14, 1964, to Henry Miller Slaten, Jr.and Joann Upton Slaten.
Ms. Slaten is survived by her brothers: Terry Joe Slaten of Alabama and Jeffery Ray Slaten of Boaz and Sister: Teresa Sue Slaten Peppers of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Junior & Joann Slaten.
