Funeral service for Paton Stacey Baugher, 37, will be Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at noon at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Josh Pressnell officiating. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at McConnell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dement Cemetery.
Paton, who died Saturday, June 22, 2013, was born September 2, 1975, in Alabama to Jimmy Wayne Baugher and Patsy Reece Baugher. Paton was a 1994 graduate of West Limestone. He was a loving father, brother and friend to all who knew him. He was an avid Alabama football fan. He was preceded in death by his father; and his son, Logan Baugher.
Survivors include his mother, Patsy Baugher of Elkmont; one son, Hayden Baugher; two daughters, Lauren and Lana Baugher; three brothers, Patrick Baugher and wife, Christa, of Athens, Bryant Baugher of Birmingham, Bart Baugher and wife, Michelle, of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Baugher, Bart Baugher, Bryant Baugher, Shelly Posey, David Reece and Josh Hudson.
