Pamela Hamner Pamela Sue “Pam” Hamner, 66, of Killen, AL, passed away at her home on June 25, 2024. Pam was a loving mother, grandmother, and homemaker and a member of Killen Church of Christ. Pam was born in Huntsville, AL. Pam is survived by: Sons: Bradley Hamner of Huntsville, AL and Jordan Hamner (Kayla) of Killen, AL Brother: Greg Vermeire (Suzanne) of Decatur, AL Sister: Cindi Meachum (Mike) of Michigan Grandchildren: Cooper, Victoria, Tyler, Zayden, and Wiley Special Friends: Sandra Wright, Connie Richardson, and Jeanette Clemmons Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Friends She was preceded in death by: Parents: George Vermeire and Janet Becker Vermeire Special Friend: Jeff McGuire Visitation will be Friday, June 28, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel with Glenn Richardson and Stan Dean officiating. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Joseph Wright, Barry Clemmons, Phillip Wright, Ross Hargett, Greg Hamner, and Jim Clemmons. Honorary pallbearers will be Cooper Hamner, Tyler Hamner, Zayden Hamner, and Ike Clemmons. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation. The family would like to send special thanks to Clearview Cancer Center and Dr. Marshall Schreeder & Gentiva Hospice and all the wonderful caregivers- Patsy, Tasha, Tonya, Amy, Monica, Kaitlyn, Brenda, Marie, Janet, Martha, Kaye, Anna, and Sandra.
