Pamela “Pam” Vanzant Bridges, age 65 of Dora, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church at Sumiton.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, January 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Andy Frazier will officiate.
Mrs. Bridges was preceded in death by his Father-Earl Wesley Vanzant; Mother-Shirley Elnora Bray Vanzant; Son-Michael Scoles.
She is survived by her Daughter-Bobbie Jean Cook of Dora; Son-Jim Cook (Dawn) of Warrior; Sisters-Cindy Flack (George) of Jasper and Becky Vanzant of Dora; Brothers-Kenny Vanzant (Stella) of Jasper and John Vanzant (Kathy) of Jasper; Grandchildren-Brittany Cook and Brandon Scoles.
Pallbearers will be Keith Vanzant, Tyler Nethery, Chris Brown, Dylan Whitt, Hunter Betts, Hunter Vanzant, Zach Brown and Kenny Vanzant.
