Pamela Gail Scott Butler, age 54, of Waterloo, passed away Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016. Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 16th from 5 p.m. until at Murphy’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. The service will be Sunday, Jan. 17th at 2 p.m. at the church with Brother Wayne Wood officiating. She will lie in state at the church from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Terry Davis, Kevin Davis, Jordan Peck, Chris Oakley, Jeremy Simpson, and James Godwin.
She was the owner of Waterloo Market.
Preceding her in death was her mother, Bobbie Scott and brother, Neil Scott.
Survivors are her father, Gary Scott, of Waterloo; children, Nichole Morris (Preston) and Cody Butler (Brooke), all of Waterloo; sister, Karen Mitchell (Eddy), of Florence; brother, Gregg Scott (Leanne), of Waterloo; grandchildren, Nisha Morris, Chelsey Morris, Dane Morris, Madalyn Butler, and Cayden Butler; step-granddaughters, Abbie Horton and Kyleigh Holden; former husband and father of her children, Tommy Butler; special companion, Gary Wesson and children and a host of nieces and nephews. A special thanks to her hair dresser, Elaine East.
