Ouida Cargile Reeves, 98, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Henderson Villas Assisted Living in Henderson, TN. Services will be on Saturday December 30 at 2 PM at Ripley Church of Christ. Visitation will be on Saturday December from 12 Noon to 2 PM at the church. Burial will follow at Tippah Memorial Gardens.
