Otto “Toby” Lafayette Mullins, age 85 of Decatur, passed away peacefully at home. A native of Morgan County, he was a veteran of the US Marines.
Toby is survived by his wife, Shirley Mullins; daughter Amy Golden, and husband Harry; two granddaughters; and numerous, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 7th, at Westmeade Baptist Church from 1:00 until 3:00pm. A memorial service will follow at 3:00pm.
