Ossie Paul Childress, 71 of Albertville passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at his residence.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Albertville Funeral Home Chapel with Allen Hallmark and Bobby Darnell officiating. Interment will follow in Highpoint Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Clark Kellet, JoJo Lang, Ronnie Butler, Gary Williams, Lee Upton, and Eric Butler.
Born March 3, 1944 he was the son of the late A.B. Childress and Sadie Sorelle Childress.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Flo Childress.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff Childress and wife Megan, Bruce Childress, a daughter Paula Millican and husband Jeff, a brother Wayne Bearden, five grandchildren, Lilly Childress, Will Childress, Breanna Childress, Melia Millican, Jake Millican, and one great-grandchild Bryce Childress.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
