Opal Webb Jones age 87 of Rockvale TN, formerly of Smithville, passed away Sunday night July 20, 2025, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. She was born October 7, 1937 in Smithville. She was preceded in death her parents, Joseph and Sallie Turner Webb; husband, Linzie Jones; brother, Edward Webb. Ms. Jones worked as an Insurance Agent and was a Methodist. She is survived by children, Rickey Carroll (Connie) Hullett of Clarksville, Steven Dwayne (Rhonda) Hullett of Rockvale, and Tammy Mechele Buida of Smithville; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:PM Wednesday July 23, 2025, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jon Porter and Bro. Michael Hale officiating and interment to follow in Jefferson Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday July 23, 2025, 11:AM until the time of the service at 1:PM at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Jones family.
