Obituary of Opal ColeOpal Mae Cole, 100, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Harris Nursing Home in Osceola, Arkansas. She was born February 9, 1924, to W.R. and Eddie Ann Johnson. She was a member of the Church of The Lord Jesus Christ in Osceola, she worked at dress factory on Osceola and Manila, Arkansas. She enjoyed quilting, crafting and spending time with her family.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, March 2, 2024, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Clurman Strickland officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home.

She is survived by two daughters, Wilma Wilbanks and her husband, Paul, and Fredia Dow and her husband, Michael; three grandchildren, Shawnee Wingert and her husband, Ray, Roger Wilbanks, Sr. and his wife Mary, and Jeff Wilbanks and his wife Louise; and eight great-grandchildren, Erin Cabe, Maddie Cabe, Oliver Weiss, Tazwell Wingert, Roger Wilbanks, Jr. and his wife Dana, Stephanie Reaves and her husband, Chris, Amanda Wilbanks and Jason Wilbanks.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Cole; one son, J.C. Cole; her parents; one daughter, Patricia Cole; and one grandson, Michael Wrape.

Pallbearers are Oliver Weiss, Chris Reaves, Roger Wilbanks, Jr. Roger Wilbanks, Sr., Phillip Cole, and Jeff Wilbanks.
