Mrs. Opal Fay Rogers Chapman, 93, resident of the Ripley Community and beloved wife of the late Henry Chapman, passed away Sunday morning January 7, 2018 at Resthaven Heath & Rehabilitation Center in Ripley. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by The Ripley Funeral Home.
