MADISON COUNTY-Madison County Sheriff Blake Dorning gives a statement on the investigation into Child Pornography on August 28 resulting in the arrest of one:
“Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant off of Marsh Avenue in Huntsville, on August 28th, for a resident of the home downloading Child Pornography. Investigators seized multiple electronic devices that had images and videos of Child Pornography on the devices. Investigators arrested Nathan Barclay, 49 year old male, of Huntsville and charged him with Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Barclay was booked into the Madison County Detention Facility with a $20,000.00 bond.
Mr. Barclay’s arrest was based upon probable cause and he is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
