WALKER COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident in Walker County that has taken the life of a Sumiton woman:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 12 a.m. Sunday, May 17, has claimed the life of a Sumiton woman.
Tameron B. Garner, 21, was fatally injured when the 2015 Kia Optima she was driving left the roadway, struck a mailbox and then a tree. Garner was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Hull Road near Harding Road, less than one mile north of Sumiton, in Walker County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
