MUSCLE SHOALS– Muscle Shoals Police are investigating a traffic fatality that occurred on Friday, July 21.
The accident took the life of Charles Cook, 41 who was killed as the motorcycle he was riding was hit on Woodward Ave and 6th Street around 9:40 PM.
Charles Cook was traveling south on Woodward when a male driving an SUV traveling north entered the left turn lane.
As the SUV turned west onto 6th Street, it collided with the motorcycle at the intersection.
Cook was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
