HUNTSVILLE-On Sunday, April 2 Huntsville Police Officers received a 911 domestic call around 9:30 PM at the Walgreens on Mastin Lake Road.
When officers arrived on scene the suspect attempted to flee the area in a vehicle. On his attempt to run he struck a police vehicle.
While heading into the intersection of Pulaski Pike the suspect struck two additional vehicles, an SUV and a truck, one headed north on Pulaski Pike and the other idling on Mastin Lake Road in the westbound lane.
The suspect was killed in the collision.
Three other people were taken to the hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
The accident is still under investigation.
