UPDATE: One Killed And One Injured In Early Morning Auto Accident

UPDATE:  Sources report: Tyler Evans has died from the injuries sustained in this wreck. He died while being treated at Huntsville Hospital.

 note/this has not been confirmed by authorities or the hospital

FLORENCE-Investigators say a 20 year-old man was killed early Sunday morning, August 7 after losing control of his car at the intersection of Cloverdale Road and Cox Creek Parkway.

The accident occurred around 2:30 AM on Sunday morning when Jayte Monroe Hairrel, 20 lost control of the 2007 Toyota Corolla as he was trying to turn from Cox Creek Parkway onto Cloverdale Road.  William Tyler Evans, 20 of Sheffield was a passenger in the car and was injured.  The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.

The accident is under investigation by the Florence Police Department’s traffic division.

Tyler Evans has passed due to the severity of his injuries sustained in the wreck. He is loved and will be missed by many.
