COLBERT COUNTY-One person dead and two injured after ATV accident on Thursday, March 30.
Colbert County Sheriff Frank Williamson reports Lashay Terry, 23 died from her injuries sustained in the accident Thursday. Terry was from Moulton. The two other riders were Drew Childers, 23 from Leighton and Haley Hatton, 22 from Franklin County.
Colbert County Sheriff Frank Williamson said Lashay Terry, 23, of Moulton, died from injuries sustained in the ATV accident Thursday night. The ATV accident occurred Thursday around 10 PM in a field between Cottontown Lane and King Bridge Road in the White Oak community.
According to authorities Terry was pronounced dead at the scene. The two other victims were transported to ECM Hospital.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency responded to the accident, but since the wreck wasn’t on the roadway, the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office will be handling the investigation.
