HANCEVILLE–The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a traffic accident on Monday, October 15 that has taken the life of one person:
“A two-vehicle crash at 6:18 a.m. today, Oct. 15, has claimed the life of a Virginia woman.
Anne Therese Karaffa, 57, was killed when the 2009 Honda CRV she was driving collided with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Karaffa was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Jeep was transported to Cullman Regional Medical Center for minor injuries.
The crash occurred on Cullman County 747 four miles East of Hanceville. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
