FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department released a statement concerning a single vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday, April 3:
Florence Police Department responded to a traffic accident on Rose Dr. near Applegate Apts. at approximately 8:10am this morning Tuesday, April 3.
When officers arrived the found a single vehicle accident involving a motorcycle. The rider of the motorcycle was deceased when fire and EMS arrived.
Rodney V. White, 43 of County Road 135 Florence was driving the motorcycle.
This accident is still under investigation.
