MORGAN COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle has taken the life of one person on Sunday, June 26:
“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 11:50 a.m. Sunday, June 26, has claimed the life of a Falkville man.
John A. Cousins, 50, was fatally injured when the 2011 Suzuki motorcycle he was operating left the roadway and struck a tree. Cousins was not wearing a motorcycle helmet at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Holmes Drake Road, approximately four miles south of Falkville, in Morgan County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
