Funeral service for Ollie Vera Hood Brewer, 90, of Moulton, will be today at noon at Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Williams officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Garden. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brewer died on July 27, 2013. She was born on December 25, 1922, in Lawrence County to the late Walter Hood and the late Mattie Montgomery Hood. She was a member of Landersville Church of Christ. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Brewer; parents; and granddaughter, Tina Ann Hall.
She is survived by her sons, Raymond (Betty) Brewer, Gaines (Rosemary) Brewer, Norman (Patricia) Brewer, and Tony Brewer, all of Moulton; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; six great-great- grandchildren; and three great-great-great- grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dale Brewer, Lee Brewer, Jamie Brewer, Adam Brewer, Chad Brewer, and Joseph Brewer.
