Ollie Mae Wallace age 76 of Athens, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Wallace was born August 26, 1940 in Limestone County, AL to Ollie Lee Rouse and Mary Mae Johnson Rouse.
Services will be Saturday, November 26, 2016 11:00 a.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Chuck Hood officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Wallace was a member of Shanghai Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Alvin D. Wallace; one son, Keith “Bubba” Wallace; one sister, Neda Wallace; one brother, Lawrence Rouse.
Survived by four daughters, Debbie Dison and husband, Bobby, Gail Farley and husband, Thomas, Teresa Wallace and LeQuita Smith and husband, Anthony all of Athens; grandchildren, Kelly Scott, Elizabeth Dison, Callista Motter, Greg Farley, Ava Smith and Bryler Wallace Smith; great-grandchildren, Audrey Jernigan, Dusty Green, Prestina Ham and Alvin Farley; one sister, Katherine Craig; five brothers, Alfred Rouse, James Rouse, Billy Rouse, Wayne Rouse and Leroy Rouse.
Pallbearers will be Greg Farley, Dusty Green, Kevin Motter, Danny Wallace, Michael Rouse and Charles Evans. Honorary pallbearers will be brothers.
