Olivia Lassiter Isenberg age 78 passed away Saturday morning, May 23, 2026 at her home. She was born June 21, 1947 in Gallatin, TN to Rufus King & Carrie Frances O’Meara Lassiter. She was retired as a school principal for Sumner County Schools, one of the last that she worked for being Millersville Elementary. She enjoyed traveling, boating trips and she enjoyed her monthly games of Keno with her friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Jon Isenberg; stillborn daughter, Elizabeth; brother, Dickey Lassiter. She is survived by her lifetime companion, James O. Blaylock, Goodlettsville, TN; daughter, Mary Isenberg, Cross Plains, TN; brothers, Robert (Mary Glen) Lassiter, Louisville, KY and Rufus (Carolyn) Lassiter, Gallatin, TN; sister, Mary Lou Lassiter, Gallatin, TN; 4 grandchildren, Charlee, Todd, Jamie Lynn and Katherine; 2 great-grandchildren, Walker and Levi; her beloved dog, Boone. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 2pm-5pm at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at Hilcrest Cemetery.
