TUSCUMBIA-Oka Kapassa is held in Spring Park each September to honor all Native American tribes and to educate school children and the general public about Native American lifeways and culture. The 19th year for Oka Kapassa was no exception to the rule. There were exhibits and demonstrations throughout the two day festival filled with color and history of our ancient past and present Native American way of life.
The Quad Cities Daily was on hand to bring the festival to you in photos. We hope you enjoy
