Obera is survived by daughter Donna Cheatham Maner (Donnie Maner), grandson Vincent Taylor Cheatham, Jr, granddaughter Christy Cheatham Phillips, great granddaughters Amelia Phillips and Olivia Phillips
Obera is predeceased in death by her husband Walter Jackson Mack, son Larry Wayne Mack, son-in-Law Vincent Taylor Cheatham Sr., brothers Tom Talley, Donnie Talley, and Junior Talley.
A visitation for Obera will be held Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, Parlor G & H, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055, until the celebration of life funeral service at 2:00 PM. With an interment to follow at Cullman City Cemetery, 812 9th Ave SW, Cullman, Alabama 35055. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John Evangelical Protestant Church (256) 734 – 0344.
