WALKER COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement agency reports a single-vehicle accident near Parrish in Walker County has taken the life of an Oakman man:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 8, has claimed the life of an Oakman man.
Scotty L. Hyche, 62, was fatally injured when the 2001 Ford F-150 he was driving left the roadway and struck two trees. Hyche was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Pleasantfield Road near Cedar Lake Road, approximately 4 miles south of Parrish, in Walker County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
