WALKER COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident in Walker County tha has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:35 p.m. Saturday, July 26, has claimed the life of an Oakman man.
Thomas L. McGuff, 21, was fatally injured when the 2013 Ford F-250 he was driving left the roadway, struck an embankment, and then struck a tree. McGuff was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Pleasantfield Road near Segco Road, approximately one mile south of Parrish, in Walker County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
