THE SHOALS – The North Alabama State Fair opened up in Muscle Shoals Tuesday. After two days of heavy downpours, the weather cleared, the carnies opened their joints, the food wagons started cooking smoked sausages and onions.
The crowd was decent for a Tuesday. As the evening progressed the exhibit halls filled and the rides had a lot of excited kids to fill the seats.
The Quad-Cities Daily was on hand taking event photos.
