Norman Earl Bean, 74, of Lacey’s Spring, passed away Tuesday. Mr. Bean was a longtime owner of Southeastern Business Machines, and was a member of The Huntsville Sertoma Club. He was preceded in death by grandchildren, John R. Honeycutt and Sam A. Honeycutt.
Survivors include his wife, Dot Bean; son, Alan J. Bean and wife, Anita; daughter, Tina B. Honeycutt and husband, Bobby; grandchildren, Mark E. Honeycutt, Sean W. Honeycutt and Avalee K. Bean.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Craye Hall officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Book Donation to the Decatur Public Library.
