Norman Crockett Boger – Obituary

Norman Crockett Boger, age 89 and 11 months, of Hartselle died Wednesday, July 6, 2016. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Harold Terry will officiate. Military Honors and interment will follow at Red Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until service time.

Norman was born Aug. 7, 1925 in Morgan County to James and Evie Boger. He was a World War II veteran who honorably served in the U.S. Army and the Army Air Corps. Mr. Boger was retired from Checkers Motors in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Jean.

Survivors include two sons, Paul and Randy Boger; four grandsons and two granddaughters; six great-grandsons and five great-granddaughters.
