Mr. Norman Bernard Scruggs, b.k.a. “Shorty”
(December 25, 1938 – February 13, 2013)
Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon on Saturday, February 23, 2013, at the Draper Memorial Church of God in Christ (313 Beirne Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35801) with Pastor Dave Draper, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Mr. Scruggs will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
A Visitation with family and friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013, at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
Public Viewing will be held from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013; and from 8:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2013, at the Royal Funeral Home.
