 Norma Jean WheatleyNorma Jean Wheatley of Lexington, Tennessee went home to be with her Lord and Savior in the early morning hours of January 17th, 2019. She was born to Ernest (Dick) and Mae (Goff) Wheatley on September 22, 1931 in the Palestine Community near Lexington, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Pete Wheatley. She is survived by her sister, Lounelle Wheatley Prince (Lyle) of Vermillion, Ohio. Also by nephews, Bruce (Donna) Wheatley of Smyrna, Tennessee, Don (Gwen) Prince of New Albany, Ohio; nieces Phyllis (Al) Prieto of Huron, Ohio, Dianne (Bob) Armburger of Lorain, Ohio, Cathy (Mike) Farrar of Kenton, Tennessee; and several great nieces and great nephews. She loved crocheting and taking care of her plants and was always willing to help others. Jean professed faith in Christ at an early age in life, and she was a faithful member of New Bethel Methodist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:30 PM on Saturday, January 19, 2019 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington with Bro. Mark McCaslin officiating. Burial will follow in the Unity Cemetery in Chester County.
