She is preceded in death by her parents; Gene and Shirley Niblett of Empire.
Norma is survived by her son; Brandon Dale Williams of Quinton, daughter in law; Juleighan Williams, grandchildren; Isaiah and Lieland Williams, sister; Lisa MacAuthur of Corner.
