Norma Jean Borden  Norma Jean Borden, 65, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at her home in Ardmore, Alabama.

She was born on Wednesday, March 9, 1960, to the late Mr. Monroe Boldin and Mrs. Joyce Brazier Boldin in Chicago, Illinois.

Norma spent the majority of her life in Ardmore where she spent her free time watching hummingbirds and spending time and talking with her family and friends, who she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband of 20 years, Donald Borden, one sister, Peggy Ham, as well as one brother, Dennis Boldin.

Mrs. Borden is survived by her two sons, Paul (Julie) Rolin and David (Stephanie) Rolin, four sisters, five grandchildren; Matthew (Mollie) Rolin, Annabelle (Stuart) Reding, Adam (Natalie) Rolin, Allie (Kennis) Orr, and Eli (Emma) Bice, as well as five great grandchildren; Jonah Rolin, KB Orr, Gabriel Rolin, Mason Rolin, and Kensley Reding.

A visitation will be held for Mrs. Borden at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM. A graveside service is scheduled to be held after visitation at Golightly Cemetery in Toney, Alabama with service time beginning at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Golightly Cemetery.

Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
