Norma Jane Elledge, age 83, of Tuscumbia, passed away on August 18, 2026. The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2026, at Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia. The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Chad Holder officiating the service. The burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Tuscumbia.
She worked as a medical records administrator and was a member of Parkview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Andy Elledge (Amanda), and Ashley Elledge (Sara); sister, Faye Aycock; grandchildren, Jackson (Kaitlyn) Elledge, Braxton (Molly) Elledge, James Elledge, Aaron Elledge, Kate Elledge; great-grandchildren, William Hollis Elledge and Kace Andrew Elledge; step-grandchildren, Kody & Presley Gobble, Jon Frank Gobbell; niece, Stacy Johnson (Randall); nephew, Eric Aycock (Lindsay); great-nephews, Walker & Ben Johnson and Price & Keller Aycock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Elledge; brother-in-law, Bill Aycock, and parents, Henry Neal & Alene (Nesbitt) Green.
The pallbearers will be Jackson Elledge, Braxton Elledge, James Elledge, Aaron Elledge, Walker Johnson, and Ben Johnson.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to her loving caregivers from Brother’s Keeper and Alabama Hospice of the Shoals.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Helen Keller Foundation.
