Norma Inez Barr, 85, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017. Visitation will be Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow in the chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
