Nora Mae Martin was a lifelong member of Old Enon Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to cook. Just ask anyone about her “Peppery hot” chicken dressing and fried apple pies! It was a tradition during Thanksgiving at Grandmas. Another great family tradition was Christmas Eve at Grandmas and Grandpas. Santa always stopped by, and the house was filled with fun, laughter, and the Christmas spirit. This was the place where you would find their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. It was always a joyous occasion filled with great memories.

We are rejoicing today yet with saddened hearts to let go of our precious mother, but our memories of her will live on forever in our hearts.

The ministers officiating in today’s memorial service are Reverend Mickey Crane and Reverend Jerry Boyd.

Pallbearers are Patrick McKeever, Christopher Shane McKeever, Jeremy Martin, Jerome Martin, Scott Duncan, and Tracy Duncan.

Honorary pallbearers are Charles Domnic McKeever, Matthew Hann, Nathan Duncan, P.J. Gossett, David Wilson, Seth Cheatham, and Michael Johnson.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Michael Brasfield, Wiregrass/Gentiva Hospice, and our extended family for their care for our mom throughout the years.
