Nona “Irene” Lemley, passed away on January 22, 2026, in Albertville, Alabama.
Irene was born on October 28, 1942, to the late Clifton and Ruby Weaver. She was a devoted Christian woman who attended Rose Road Church of God for many years, where her faith was a guiding force throughout her life.
She is survived by her brother, Charles Weaver and his wife, Deborah; four nephews and one niece; and her dear friends, Diann Miller and Ada Smith, who were like family to her.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice for their care, compassion, and kindness shown during Irene’s time there. At Irene’s request, no services are planned at this time. Adams Brown Service Funeral Home is assisting the family.
