Noelle Lipika Parker passed away peacefully in her sleep, at home, April 16, 2020. She is survived by her father Eric Warren Parker, mother Katherine Shaddix Parker, her older brother, Hudson Nathaniel Parker, her older sister, Elizabeth Lee Parker and extended family including grandparents, great-grandparents, a great-great grandmother and many others who loved her deeply. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Lifeline Children’s Services International Adoption Agency in Birmingham, Alabama. A private graveside service will be held at Brasfield Cemetery.
