He was united in marriage to Deborah Kay Wilfong, who survives.
Noel was an engineer roller of steel coil. In his spare time he enjoyed dancing, hunting, fishing, listening to music and riding 4-wheelers. Noel was a good father and great husband. One of his greatest joys was playing with his granddaughter.
He departed this life on April 1, 2020 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 69 years, 6 months and 17 days.
In addition to his wife Deborah of Michie, Tennessee, Noel is survived by his children, Billy Ray Ellis of Michie, Tennessee and Jeffrey Allan Ellis and his wife Tessa of Savannah, Tennessee; granddaughter, Haley Killingsworth; great granddaughter, Aurora Killingsworth; and siblings, Charlie Oliver Ellis, Jr. of Michigan, Anna Wilbanks of Michie, Tennessee, Audrey Ellis Haire of Michie, Tennessee, Cathy Reeves of Corinth, Mississippi, Barbara Ellis McAfee of Michie, Tennessee, Dorothy Mae Sagely, Betty Vaughan of Louisiana, Paul Ellis of Florence, Alabama, Tommy Ellis of Michigan and Melinda Ellis of New Albany, Mississippi.
Noel was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Michael John Ellis, one sister, Francis Ellis and five brothers, Gene Sagely, Bo Sagely, Bobby Sagely, Charles Sagely and Wayne Ellis.
