Nita Snyder, 89, of Huntsville, passed away at her home Wednesday, November 30. Mrs. Snyder was born and raised in Madison County, and graduated from Huntsville High School. An active member of First Baptist Church, she was proud to be a member of the Hallelujah Chorus. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Snyder.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Joe Snyder D’Agostino (Daniel); son, Randy Snyder (Gena); grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica and Joseph D’Agostino, Aimee Colleen Frevert (Ryan) and Anna Catherine Snyder; and great-grandchildren, Andrew Joseph D’Agostino and Hayden Frevert.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, December 10 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel with the Rev. Mark Seanor and the Rev. Travis Collins officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
