Funeral Service for Nick Lott, age 58, of Decatur, will be Monday, September 25, 2017, 1:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Brad Sheats officiating. The family will receive friends from Noon until service time on Monday. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Lott, who died Friday, September 22, 2017, at U.A.B. Hospital, was born August 30, 1959, in Decatur, AL to the late James I. Lott and Madgie Magolene Johnson Lott. He was preceded in death by one brother, Buddy Lott, and one sister, Helen Lynch. Nick attended Austin High School; was a member of the Local 377 / 760; and he was a lifelong Morgan County resident.
He is survived by two brothers, Don “Duck” Lott (Karen) of Hartselle, and Greg “Lott Man” Lott (Vickie) of Decatur; one sister, Pat Leeth (Bob) of Priceville; and nine nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Lott, Chad Lott, Jackson Lott, Jacob Lott, Doug Leeth, and Al Collins. Honorary Pallbearers will be Evan Lott, Steve Leeth, and Joshua Lott.
