Funeral for Neysa Cross Hamilton, 53, of Millbrook will be Thursday, September 18, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Matthew Cross James Long officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hamilton, who died Sunday, September 14, 2014, at her residence, was born December 26, 1960, in Decatur to Floyd B. Cross Jr. and Mary E. “Betty” Cross. She was a customer service representative for Guardian Credit Union. She was a member of Robinson Springs United Methodist Church. Her father and brother, Floyd Taylor Cross, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Hamilton; mother, Mary E. “Betty” Cross of Millbrook; one brother, Jimmy D. Cross of Loretta; two sisters, Glenda Cross and Amy Cross of Millbrook; and two nephews, Matthew Taylor Cross and wife, Carly, and their son, Taylor Matthew Cross of Vancouver, WA, and Kelsey Lee Cross of West Blocton.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Taylor Cross, Kelsey Lee Cross, Randy Rourk, Brad Rhoades, Randy Rhoades, Bryan Hamilton, Dustin McCrury and Jonathan Johnson.
