Newman L. Graves, age 88, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Giles County, TN, retired farmer, and a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. Mr. Graves served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, P.R. and Bertha Hedgepeth Graves; two brothers, Earl Graves and Doyle Graves; and one sister, Etha Toungette.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, July 14, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 15, 2014, with Carl Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors.
