Nettie Faye Avery, age 84 of Jasper, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at West Jefferson Freewill Cemetery. Randy Clark will officiate.
Mrs. Avery was preceded in death by her Husband-James Avery; Son-James Avery, Jr.; Great Grandson-Bentlee Talon Avery; Mother-Ellen Mayhall; Father-Willie Mayhall; 5 Sisters; 1 Brother; Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
She is survived by her Son-Ronald Avery (Jeanette); Grandchildren-Daniel Avery (Ashlee) and Anetra Earley (Brian); Great Grandchildren-Alyssa Spicer (Aaron) and Addie Grace Avery; Great-Great Grandchild-Harley Jade Spicer; Sister-in-law-Vicki Avery; Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
