Nelorue “Nellie” Reeves, 79, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo . She was born February 9, 1937 to the late Odis Cox and the late Eva Adams Cox in Itawamba County. She was a member of St. Union Primitive Baptist Church in Amory. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking, watching baseball and basketball, and spending time with her family and friends. She was known to be a selfless servant to her entire family.
Survivors include 2 Sons, Doug (Anita) Reeves of Columbus, Terry (Teresa) Reeves of Fulton. 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a Sister, Pearline Petty of Amory.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Reeves, her parents, and 3 brothers.
