Nelody “Nikki” Darlene Franks, age 53, of Huntsville, formerly of Cherokee, AL, passed away on Monday January 27, 2014.
Miss Franks is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Montgomery Franks. She was a member of Pride Baptist Church in Tuscumbia, AL.
Miss Franks is survived by her father, John Franks; her brothers, Dexter and James Franks; and her sister, Susan Gill.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 1, 2014 at the Community Fellowship Baptist Church, 8155 Hwy. 53, Toney, AL 35773, at 2pm with Jerry Hovis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Disabled Veteran’s of America, 3313 Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35801.
