Nellie F. Elledge passed away on February 17, 2026. Nellie was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed taking care of everyone around her. She participated in league bowling in Huntsville for decades and still enjoyed friendships with girls with whom she went to grade school.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin, and husband, Ken, and Karen; grandchildren, Morgan, Tristen, Jacob and Ashley; brothers and sisters-in law, Mike and Carol Cantrell and Matt and Stella Cantrell; as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wade Elledge, ex-husband, Wilfred Goodman, parents, Ada Lee and Amos Cantrell, brother and sister-in-law, Amos and Peggy Cantrell, nephew, Tony Cantrell, and brothers, Steven Roy Cantrell and Glenn Cantrell.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Trinity United Methodist Church.
