Nellene Ewing Pittman, 81 of Baileyton died Thursday, June 25, 2015 in Cullman Regional Medical Center E.R.
Mrs. Pittman was born October 3, 1933 in Winston County, Double Springs, Alabama, the daughter of Travis and Mattie Howell. She was a homemaker, a devoted member of Joppa Church of God and has called the Baileyton area her home for the past 54 years.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Stanley O. and Laurie Ewing; a grandson and wife: Todd and Leanne Ewing; two great grandchildren: Cason and Jet Ewing; a sister and brother-in-law: Onella and James Taylor; preceded in death by her first Husband: C. O. Ewing and current husband: Wilford L. Pittman.
Pallbearers will be Bob Anderson, Shane Freeman, Joey Loyd, Wayne Murphree, Terry Parker and Roy Shedd.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, Brother Jimmy Hamaker, officiating. Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 12 Noon to 2 p.m. also on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
